Credentials

Jerry Bartels and Rick Craig are both RCI Registered Roof Consultants.  The RRC designation is verification of formal education, practical experience, rigorous examination, and continuing education requirements.

Experience/Capabilities

With two Registered Roof Consultants supported by a team of technicians, RoofTEC has the capacity to accomplish numerous projects concurrently – locally, and throughout the USA.  Clients range from single-facility building owners to State work to national clients with millions of square feet of building assets.

Each year RoofTEC services 8 to 10 million square feet of building envelope assets and provides evaluations on more than five hundred roofs/walls.  Quality assurance monitors spend more than 6,000 man-hours on construction projects and more than 40 different contractors competitively bid our client's work each year.

RoofTEC is fully insured, carrying professional errors and omissions, workers compensation, and general liability insurance.
